Buildcargo is a China-based freight forwarder for furniture and building materials already purchased in China. Interior designers, renovation contractors and project buyers can use the service for eligible orders from one factory or several suppliers.
You keep the product and supplier choices. We receive the cargo, record the packages and transport dimensions, review the packing and coordinate the written shipping plan. You do not have to buy through a Buildcargo sourcing service.
Furniture, doors, windows, cabinets, lighting and other accepted home-project goods can be reviewed for shipment to the United States, Canada or Europe. The final point may be a residence, project site or accessible warehouse, as agreed. Tell us who is buying and receiving, and whether the goods are for a private home or business, so we can confirm the import arrangement for this shipment.

You send: the products, destination and suppliers you have chosen. Identify the person who will confirm packing, costs and the final delivery scope.
You get: a first fit check, a preliminary estimate when enough information is available, and the receiving details needed by your suppliers. Agree the project references and update recipient before deliveries start.

We record: which deliveries arrived, how many packages there are, visible outer condition and the transport measurements. Detailed contents checks require a separately agreed scope.
You get: receiving and measurement records, plus photos of reported exceptions. If a supplier is late or something arrives damaged, we help coordinate the next action before dispatch.

We review: packing, final dimensions, the route, import arrangements, access and the agreed unloading point. Suitable factory packing can stay; additional work is confirmed separately.
You get: the formal quotation and written scope. The final price is confirmed after the planned goods have arrived and been brought together, before dispatch. For sea freight, payment is after container loading.

project buyers.
Can I keep my own suppliers?
Yes. Buildcargo handles the agreed logistics after you choose the products and suppliers. Supplier collection and warehouse receiving are arranged against the actual locations, goods and ready dates.
Can one project include several suppliers?
Yes, eligible orders can be brought together in China. Agree the supplier list, receiving references, ready dates and dispatch plan first. If you are managing more than one client, ask us to confirm the identification and shipping arrangement for each project before sending goods.
Will you open and check every item?
Not by default. Basic receiving records packages and visible outer condition. Product-level inspection, opening boxes or checking against drawings requires a separate written scope.
Who confirms changes to the quotation or packing?
Name the authorized contact when setting up the shipment. Confirm the packing work, final price and service scope in writing before dispatch; agree who should receive the records and coordinate the final handover.
Can you deliver to a client's home or project site?
The address can be reviewed for vehicle access and the required handover. Delivery is to the agreed accessible point. Unloading, inside carrying, assembly and installation are not included unless separately confirmed in writing.
What if I sell online and need delivery to my buyer?
Use our China-to-customer shipping service for furniture and homeware sellers. It explains manual order handover, neutral packing and shipment to the final buyer, rather than a project-wide purchase.
