01 / Start with the actual cargo

One crate. Three dimensions. A record to check.

The quotation recorded this crate at 158 × 72 × 102 cm and 141 kg. Its calculated volume is 1.160352 m³. These are the same warehouse photos attached to the customer's quotation, with identifying details removed.

Packing can change the space and handling needed. The quotation therefore uses received package measurements, not furniture catalogue dimensions. Open a photo to inspect it.

How the rest of the 20 packages were recorded

The quotation groups 20 packages into seven size entries. Five packages were weighed together; their individual table weights are allocations, not five separate scale readings. Fourteen same-size packages share one representative photo set. We do not present this as 20 independently photographed and weighed packages.

Seven service lines, not one unexplained number.

The original quotation separates the work in China, international freight, European handling, residential delivery, an oversize charge and import duties and taxes. The customer can see the scope behind the total.

What the customer could check

China-side work: Receiving, measurement, origin operations, documents and export declaration.
The sea route: International freight, followed by destination handling and customs clearance.
The final leg: Road delivery through the Düsseldorf-area warehouse to the agreed Polish address.
Cargo-specific charges: The longest package measured 358 × 143 × 32 cm. Its oversize charge was a separate line, not left unexplained.
Duties and taxes: A separate quoted category. This public extract does not disclose a tax rate or establish a customs determination.
