Project evidence library

What happened, what we did and what the evidence proves.

Four completed deliveries, a documented Italian villa shipment and pre-purchase planning—including a U.S. packing response followed through to customer-confirmed receipt.

Editorial cover assembled from real project images. Original evidence and status boundaries appear inside each case.

Completed

Arrival or final-handover evidence is present for the specific case.

Documented

The project is completed and its shipment contents are documented; private customer files remain unpublished.

Active

Current work is documented, but final delivery is not claimed.

Pre-purchase

Questions and planning outputs exist before a shipment is booked.

Five operating records, plus one pre-purchase planning record.

Canada demonstrates whole-household consolidation; Italy shows the full breadth of a villa shipment; Spain demonstrates building-material handling; one U.S. case closes with a signed receipt; the other follows packing correction and final-mile coordination through customer-confirmed delivery.

Because shipments often contain private addresses, supplier information and commercial terms, we publish only projects that can be responsibly anonymized. This is not a complete project list. The evidence count below refers to reviewable operating nodes—not the number of decorative images. Chinese records include accessible English translations. Evidence shows what happened; Field Notes explain the operating decisions behind selected records.
