- 01China collection and warehouse receipt
- Written boundaryIncluded only when the quote names the suppliers, collection points, receiving checks and storage terms. The current Shenzhen rule gives the first 14 calendar days free; package opening and product-level QC remain separate.
- 02Visible packing review and agreed reinforcement
- Written boundaryIncluded only when the quote states the visible packing checks, agreed criteria and any correction or reinforcement. Three inspection checkpoints are not automatic for every shipment.
- 03LCL, FCL and multi-supplier consolidation
- Written boundaryIncluded only after the quote fixes the suppliers, ready dates, final packing, measured cargo and LCL or full-container consolidation scope.
- 04China export handling and international transport
- Written boundaryIncluded only when the quote names the ocean or air mode, route scope and charges. Timing follows current shipment facts, not a universal transit promise.
- 05U.S. import responsibility, AD/CVD, duties and taxes
- Written boundaryIncluded only when the quote identifies the importer, customs arrangement, duties, taxes and exclusions. The AD/CVD check remains preliminary, not a binding scope ruling or customs classification.
- 06Residential postcode, vehicle access and appointment
- Written boundaryIncluded only after the quote confirms the postcode, vehicle access, parking or stopping limits, appointment and named accessible outdoor handover point.
- 07Liftgate, forklift, crane or unloading labour
- Written boundaryNot included by default. The quote must identify the required equipment or labour and whether the customer or a named destination provider is responsible for arranging it.
- 08Inside delivery, stairs, assembly, installation and insurance
- Written boundaryDestination handling requires separate written confirmation. Cargo insurance exists only if the customer purchases it and an independent policy is formally issued before departure; contractual transport liability is not full-value insurance.
