One responsible contact
One China-side coordinator connects the buyer, suppliers, warehouse and route partners. Visible output: named project contact and update record.

Building-material and furniture shipping standard
We turn the known shipment facts into a written plan, record the physical milestones and explain what changes before you decide what to do next.
Expert review
This operating standard is reviewed by Ethan Chen, Founder and Building Materials & Furniture Logistics Lead, for product fit, supplier coordination, packing-risk and written-scope accuracy.
Building-material and furniture shipments depend on supplier dates, final packing, measured volume, carrier schedules, customs and delivery access. Buildcargo cannot control every outside event. We can keep one responsible contact, show the current facts and make scope changes visible before they become a surprise.
Our fixed boundary:
We cannot promise zero delay. We promise a clearer written scope, earlier warnings and documented decisions when the shipment facts change.
Each item creates a record the customer can review. The final depth depends on the cargo and the written service scope.
One China-side coordinator connects the buyer, suppliers, warehouse and route partners. Visible output: named project contact and update record.
Supplier references, expected ready dates and product groups are kept in one working view. Visible output: supplier and completion schedule.
Received quantity, visible outer condition, packed dimensions and gross weight are recorded at the agreed scope. Visible output: warehouse intake facts.
Quote inclusions, duties, taxes, unloading and the responsibility endpoint are confirmed in writing. Visible output: scope and responsibility note.
Warehouse receipt, packing, loading, transit and handover evidence are shared when available in the service plan. Visible output: milestone photos, video or receipt.
When dates, volume or routes change, the likely impact and practical choices are explained before the next decision. Visible output: issue, options and documented choice.
An early estimate uses the supplier information, product details, destination and packing facts available at that time. The written quote identifies its validity period, cargo basis, included services, excluded services, customs and tax scope, delivery point, unloading boundary and responsibility endpoint. A final or revised quote uses the confirmed packed dimensions, gross weight and current route conditions.
If supplier dates, cargo quantity, dimensions, weight, packing work, carrier charges, fuel, capacity, peak-season conditions, exchange rate, customs requirements, route or destination access change, Buildcargo explains the new fact, the likely cost or timing effect and the practical options. Any revised scope or price is confirmed in writing before the affected next step proceeds. This policy makes changes visible; it does not promise that outside costs or schedules can never change.
A case is more useful when it records the original plan, what changed, when the customer was told, which choices were available, the current or final result and the evidence that supports it. Completed, documented and pre-purchase records remain clearly separated.
