Acceptance is confirmed only after the cargo, packed dimensions, route and destination conditions are reviewed. Unloading, inside delivery, stairs and installation are not included unless separately confirmed in writing.
Packed dimensions are checked before the route is confirmed
Building materials and furniture are quoted from their final packed dimensions and gross weight, not only from product dimensions. The package must fit the selected equipment and pass through the actual loading opening with enough handling clearance.
Send the final packed length, width, height and gross weight for every piece. Photos, lifting points, fragile surfaces and destination access may also be required for long, heavy or irregular home products.
Building materials and furniture we can review
- Furniture, cabinetry, lighting, sanitary ware, doors, windows and other home-furnishing goods.
- Flooring, panels, stone products, metal products and other lawful building materials.
- Mixed purchases from several suppliers when every product is declared and accepted.
A private homeowner does not need to be a retailer or regular importer. A whole-house order can be reviewed when each product, supplier, ready date and destination condition is clear.
Machinery and equipment do not define this home-project service. Eligible non-home cargo can be reviewed separately on the secondary machinery and equipment page.
The published ordinary-goods service does not accept prohibited goods, dangerous goods, undeclared batteries, chemicals, food or other regulated cargo that cannot lawfully use the confirmed route.

- Paid wooden crates, wooden frames, moisture protection and reinforcement selected for the cargo.
- Measurement video after warehouse receipt so the packed dimensions can be checked together.

You do not need all of these details before contacting us. We collect them progressively once the shipment looks like a service fit.
- Destination country and postcode.
- Product name, material, use and clear photos.
- Packed dimensions and gross weight for each piece, plus quantity.
- Supplier pickup address or delivery plan to the Shenzhen warehouse.
- Delivery address type, vehicle access and available unloading equipment.
A final quote is built from the actual cargo and destination. Buildcargo Logistics confirms the written scope before booking rather than publishing a misleading one-size-fits-all freight price.

Do you accept one-time shipments for private homeowners?
Yes. Buildcargo reviews eligible one-time building-material and furniture shipments for private homeowners. You do not need to be a retailer or regular importer. Acceptance still depends on the cargo, destination, customs arrangement and unloading conditions.
Can you combine a whole-house order from several Chinese suppliers?
Yes. Eligible building materials, furniture, cabinets, doors, lighting and bathroom products can be collected from several suppliers and prepared as one shipment after every product and supplier is reviewed.
Do you open every factory package by default?
No. Basic receiving checks the package count, labels, visible outer-package condition and obvious discrepancies. Authorized opening or product-level QC must be agreed separately.
What is the minimum shipment weight?
The published service starts from 30 kg total shipment weight, not per piece. Acceptance still depends on the product, packed size, destination and available route.
Can Buildcargo prepare export packing after receiving?
Yes. Packing is reviewed after receiving. Reinforcement, re-packing, wooden frames or wooden crates can be quoted separately when the factory packing is not suitable for the confirmed route.
Does Buildcargo Logistics deliver to my home or warehouse?
Delivery can be made to a customer-designated accessible unloading point such as a residence, yard, warehouse or factory. Vehicle access and unloading arrangements must be confirmed before booking.
