01 / Collect from the supplier

Start with the actual panels—not a full-container requirement.

This was a replacement shipment, not a whole-house order. After the customer and supplier arranged the replacement goods, Buildcargo contacted the supplier and coordinated collection in China. The first photo records the flat panels in their original cartons at pickup.

What the customer received

Confirmation that the supplier had been contacted, followed by a pickup photo and a clear explanation of the packing work proposed.

02 / Confirm protection

A wooden frame around the carton-packed panels.

The team explained why the flat cartons needed additional support for handling and transport. A wooden frame and base were added, and the completed packing photo was shared with the customer. The customer could see the work before the shipment moved on.

Price and scope were explained

The customer received a formal quotation with the packing work explained. The written arrangement was also clarified for applicable duties, taxes and the agreed final handover. Private prices and contract details are not published here.

03 / Load and dispatch

The next photo shows the packed cargo being handled.

On 19 October, the team shared loading media showing the framed panels on a forklift beside the loading vehicle. The following day, the customer was told the shipment had been sent the previous day.
