Stone, furniture and a packing problem caught before shipment.
A crack in the stone and packing concerns needed attention before this order could move. Buildcargo recorded the problems, coordinated replacement parts with the factory, arranged packing work and sent the customer a measured cargo schedule and itemized quotation.

01 / Receive and record
A receiving photo made the problem visible.
On receipt in China, the team reported a stone crack, a missing board and carton damage. The visible stone damage was photographed, and the factory was contacted about replacement material. These are receiving observations; the record does not establish who caused the damage.

What the customer received
Photos and an explanation of the issue, followed by coordination over replacement material and packing—not an unexplained change to the freight price.
02 / Prepare the cargo
Packing work before the cargo went into the container.
The team arranged wooden framing and repacking for the shipment. The project updates also record stone being set upright and braced within its wooden frame. Replacement material and unfinished packing were followed up before loading.
The practical decision
The shipment needed a packing plan and a measurable final cargo record. Basic receipt checks and packing work are not a promise of a complete product inspection or a damage-free journey.
03 / Make the quotation checkable
18 packages, recorded in a thirteen-page quotation.
The latest issued quotation recorded 18 packages, 5,229.2 kg and 54.7217 m³. It brought together service charges, the cargo table, transport arrangements and measurement photos. Earlier packing updates had different interim counts; the figures here come from the later measured quotation.

04 / Load in separate batches
The customer could see the loading, too.
Loading records were shared as the cargo moved in separate batches. The night-loading photograph below shows a forklift moving packed cargo into a container. The two batches are tracked separately; one departure does not mean the whole order has sailed.

05 / Where the shipment stands
One departure confirmed by the operating team.
Pickup and receiving issues were recorded; supplier follow-up began.
The measured quotation and fee breakdown were sent.
Loading records were shared for the separate batches.
The operating team reported the first batch had departed China for the United States.
The second batch was described as scheduled to sail the following day. A later sailing confirmation has not yet been verified.
Not yet a completed delivery
As reviewed on 25 October 2026, there is no verified customer receipt confirmation. Contract dispatch is documented, but a signed return is not asserted. We will update the case when the next transport or receipt record is available.
Agreed route and handover
A home address is not the same as an unloading service.
The quoted plan runs from Yantian through Houston and a Houston transit warehouse to the agreed U.S. residential address. The quotation assigns unloading to the receiver. It does not include an assumed carry-in, installation or a general promise of free vehicle changes.
If your order includes stone or mixed furniture, send photos and a destination postcode first. We can review receipt, packing and delivery requirements before confirming your written scope.
