The published service boundary
This boundary is used after a buyer has selected furniture or building materials and needs Buildcargo to check the packed items, combine the order and plan shipment home.

Furniture and materials still need a declaration
Send the product name, material, use, photos and any special components. Batteries, liquids, powders, chemicals, magnets, motors, pressure vessels, oils and regulated products must be identified rather than hidden inside a general furniture or material description.
Dangerous, prohibited, infringing or unlawfully exported or imported cargo is not accepted under the ordinary-goods service. Other lawful ordinary bulky cargo can be reviewed separately through the secondary machinery and equipment service.
Use the published dimensions as a planning reference
As an initial planning reference, cargo up to about 11.5 m long, 2.30 m wide and 2.45 m high can be reviewed. This is not a universal booking guarantee because container models, actual door openings and handling clearance vary.
Buildcargo Logistics checks the final packed L x W x H, gross weight, photos and loading method against the actual proposed equipment before confirming acceptance.
What Buildcargo Logistics does not claim to carry
The website's 30 kg minimum applies to the combined shipment weight, not to each piece. It does not mean extreme out-of-gauge project cargo.
Wind turbine blades, tunnel-boring machines, giant transformers and cargo that cannot enter ordinary confirmed equipment are outside the published service scope.
When in doubt, send photos and provisional measurements. Buildcargo Logistics will first tell you what information is missing and whether an ordinary route home is realistic.

What furniture and building materials can Buildcargo review?
The published service starts from 30 kg total shipment weight and reviews ordinary long, heavy or irregular furniture and building materials that fit confirmed packing, transport and handling limits. Other lawful ordinary bulky cargo is a secondary service reviewed separately.
Is 20 tonnes the maximum for every route?
No. It is the published total shipment ceiling. Piece weight, route, container, airline, road and unloading limits may require a lower acceptance level.
Can cargo longer than a standard carton be accepted?
Yes, long items can be reviewed when the final packed dimensions fit the chosen equipment and can be loaded, secured and delivered safely.
Can dangerous goods be accepted?
Not under the ordinary-goods service. Declare any regulated feature before quoting so the team can determine whether a separate eligible route exists.
