Which furniture orders fit the service
The service is designed for household buyers, designers, retailers, factories and project teams purchasing furniture or home-furnishing products from one or more suppliers in China. The minimum is 30 kg total shipment weight, not 30 kg per piece.
Typical cargo includes sofas, dining tables, chairs, cabinets, wardrobes, beds, decorative furniture, long components and mixed furniture orders. Product legality, material, packed size, weight and handling requirements are reviewed before acceptance.

Check first, then prepare the packing
Basic receiving checks package count, labels, visible outer damage and obvious differences against the order reference. By default, Buildcargo does not open every factory-packed item unless the customer requests a separate inspection scope.
The check and the packing are separate steps. Suitable factory packing can be retained and resealed; weak packing can be reinforced or replaced with agreed protection. Paid options can include fumigation-free wooden frames or crates, moisture barriers, edge protection, internal bracing, pallet bases and reinforcement around stress points. The final packed dimensions are then used for route and loading calculations.
What a door-to-door plan can include
Depending on the written quote, Buildcargo Logistics can coordinate China supplier pickup, warehouse receiving, consolidation, paid export packing, export handling, international freight, customs coordination and final-mile delivery.
The destination must be a named, accessible unloading point. A factory, warehouse, yard or residence can work when the vehicle can safely and legally reach it. Unloading from the vehicle, inside delivery, carrying upstairs and installation are not included unless separately confirmed in writing.

Information to send first
Send the supplier city, destination country and postcode, quantity, photos, product material, final packed dimensions and weight per piece. If the factory has not packed the furniture, send product dimensions and current packing photos so the team can identify what still needs confirmation.
Also state whether the delivery point is a residence, yard, warehouse or commercial site and what unloading equipment will be available.
