Start with the shops or factories you bought from
Your order list can include a Foshan showroom, a factory you chose directly, Alibaba, 1688 or AliExpress. List each supplier, pickup address, contact person, order reference and expected ready date so the warehouse knows what should arrive.
What happens after collection?
Each delivery is received under its own reference at Buildcargo’s directly managed Shenzhen warehouse. The initial check records package count, labels, visible outer damage, obvious differences against the order reference, final packed dimensions and gross weight.
By default, Buildcargo does not open every factory-packed item unless the customer requests a separate inspection scope. The initial check is not full product QC.
What if suppliers finish on different dates?
The plan can wait for all orders, hold a late order for another shipment or set a cutoff date. The first batch’s arrival starts the storage clock: days 1–14 are free and day 15 onward is RMB 100 per shipment per calendar day. Compare that storage impact with a split shipment before deciding.
Prepare the packing after the receiving check
The check and the packing are separate steps. Suitable factory packing can be retained and resealed; weak packing can be reinforced or replaced with an agreed wooden frame, crate, edge protection or other export packing before the final route is confirmed.
What the existing evidence shows
Buildcargo has public completed home-delivery records for the United States, Canada and Spain. These prove only the operating routes and handovers shown in those records—not that those customers bought in Foshan or that every listed country already has a public case.
For a country-specific written review, continue to Germany, France, Spain, Italy or the United Kingdom. Other eligible EU destinations are reviewed through the Europe route.
